We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and have therefore prepared a privacy policy that applies to everyone who visits our website or studio.

- To deliver the services you expect– for example, to be able to contact you regarding any changes or questions related to your appointment.
- To understand market trends and needs through statistics– we analyze data from large user groups to improve and further develop our services.
- To comply with the requirements related to the Accounting Act.– processing your personal data is necessary to comply with accounting regulations.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you book an appointment or sign up for our newsletter. Personal data may include contact information, date of birth, and gender.
In addition, we may obtain certain personal data from external sources, such as address updates.
WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA (DATA PROCESSORS)
Several companies outside of Lapps contribute to the processing of personal data. By data protection laws, these companies are data processors and handle data based on instructions from Laaps, regulated through data processing agreements.
We never share your data with anyone other than the specified third-party providers, and we will only share it with relevant authorities if required by Norwegian law. We handle information about our visitors responsibly and with respect for their privacy.

The information we collect about you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).
HOW DOES laaps AS USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the mentioned services or as required by law. After this period, the personal data will be deleted.

All information is handled in accordance with applicable Norwegian legislation, including laws and guidelines provided by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you (free of charge once per year). If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or removed. We cannot remove information if there are legal requirements for storage, such as accounting rules, or other legitimate reasons to retain the information, such as outstanding debt.
